UK Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-14 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

If you are ordering multiple items your order may be split into more than one delivery to ensure faster delivery of your items.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Estimated delivery time: 5-7 working days approx.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

International Shipping Policy

For orders shipped outside the UK 

We do not collect or charge any taxes, duties, or import fees on international orders. All shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means you the customer are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, or courier handling fees upon delivery.

Under DDU, the buyer/customer assumes responsibility for any costs incurred once the shipment arrives in the destination country, including any fees related to unloading or customs processing.
